Online Return Policy

We do not accept Returns or exchange for products once sold. If item is defective/Broken please call manufacturer for replacement.

Exchanging Defective Products In-Store

If you are shipped a defective adult toy, please feel free to contact your nearest Katz location to inquire if you may exchange the product for an in-store replacement. We cannot guarantee an in-store exchange, but we do offer the option if possible so you may bypass the inconvenience of waiting for a replacement product to ship.

In-Store Exchange/ Return Policy

Our associates and store management team is committed to making sure that your in-store shopping experience is as comfortable, informative, and fun as possible. Our staff is trained with the knowledge to help you choose the product that is right for YOU regardless of the product category you’re shopping for. We encourage all customers to ask any questions they may have so we may identify their product needs and provide the best possible assistance. We also encourage our in-store customers to allow us to test the functioning capability of all battery-powered novelties before purchasing.

For these reasons, all in-store products sold are not eligible for return or exchange once the product leaves the store.
